Newborn Photography Session Agreement
Please read these Terms of Use before your reservation.
The Client will be consider to have read and understood this agreement, including the terms and conditions.
The Client agrees that he/she is responsible for all parties involved with the agreed upon photo session. If there is an individual involved in the photo session who does not agree to the terms of this agreement the Client assumes responsibility for any liability.
Limit of Liability
・ Fotopia Photography by Satoko Iida is not held responsible for any injury or illness inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) with be responsible for their child and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
・ If your child has any illness, allergies or other medical conditions, please be sure to consult the photographer in advance to ensure safety. Please make your own judgment whether to proceed the photo session.
・ Satoko Iida is not responsible for any accidents such as damage or loss of the client's furnitures, luggages.
Please contact us if you have any concerns, such as when you own an expensive furniture and furnishings.
Photo Copyright
・ Satoko Iida owns the copyright of the photos taken. Please use the photos within the scope of personal use. If you wish to use it for commercial purposes, please contact us.
Photo Data Delivery
・ The selection of photos and the stylings, the photo composition shooting, and the photo editing will be done under the discretion of Satoko Iida.
Photo Data Management
・ We are very careful about the maintenance of photography equipments. In the unlikely event that equipment error occurs, we will take the photos again or refund the payment.
Postponement / cancellation of shooting
・ If the photographer, accompanying staff, their family members or the client's family members have an infectious illness, injury, accident or emergency issues, that makes the photo session difficult to proceed, we will postpone or cancel the session.
Customers with Pets
・ We ask for thorough hygiene to prevent allergies of the babies and other clients, and we ask to clean the room in advance on the day of shooting. Pets will be waiting in another room during the session.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to take a picture with your pet.
Photo Retouching
・Photo editing is done in a calibrated color managed environment. We do not guarantee the quality of the photo such as exposure, color and durability when they are not Fotopia's print products.
