Covid-19 Photo Session Precautions

As the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus continues, Fotopia Photography is adjusting to make sure our clients, and us as a business are following and updating the health and safety regulations.

Please note that it may be changed as appropriate in consideration of future social conditions.

 By signing our contract and arriving at your session, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the below information:​​

 

1. Fotopia Photography Precautions

  • Wearing a mask, washing hands, check temperatures and physical conditions on a daily basis. 

  • Check for cold symptoms (including mild symptoms) such as fever (37.5 degrees or higher), malaise, headache, sore throat, cough, nasal discharge, and low-grade fever.

  • Prohibition of the following actions

    • Visit closed or crowded places or have close contact settings with non-family members

    • Contact someone who has traveled abroad within the last two weeks

2. Hygiene Management

All of the props are sanitized and the fabrics used in the session are all washed. 

After arriving at the client's home, we will wash hands and sanitize, change clothes and change to a new mask before preparing for session.

  • Wear a mask and frequently disinfect your hands with alcohol during the session. 

  • Ventilate by opening windows as much as possible during and after shooting.

  • Limit the number of people in the room so it would not be crowded. 

  • Clients are also requested to wear masks during the session. 

5. Cancellation / Postponement Policy 

In the following cases, the session will be canceled or postponed.

 

This policy will be applied to the people below. 

  • Photographer, staffs and family members (including children)

  • Clients and their family members (including children)

Cases : 

  • Symptoms of cold  (including mild symptoms) such as fever (37.5 degrees or higher), headache, sore throat, cough, etc. 

  • When the number of infected people increases, such as when the Tokyo Metropolitan Government issues a state of emergency. 

  • Contact someone who has traveled abroad (or has returned to Japan) within the past two weeks

  • Visit closed or crowded places or have close contact settings with non-family members

If an infection is discovered before or after shooting, we will contact contact each other immediately.
